MyNI have been working with Mind charity to produce some fantastic information about the benefits of nature for both your physical and mental health.

Exercising outside, whether that’s shredding 30km+ in a day or doing things like just being around animals, all can have lots of positive impacts.

Improved moods, reduced feelings of stress or anger, and improving your confidence and self-esteem are just a few of the benefits that can be felt from getting out into green spaces and adding nature to your everyday life.
