New Chain Reaction Signage Installed

Volunteers from trail sponsor Chain Reaction Cycles yesterday traversed almost 100km of mountain bike trails across three trail centres updating waymarker discs and trailhead signage.

The trails at Castlewellan, Davagh Forest and Rostrevor are all in the process of updating their signage and volunteers from the organisation traversed the multiple trails across all trail centres to update the signage.

Along the way, they also lifted litter, gave out directions to lost bikers at one stage and enjoyed the trails themselves!

Managing Editor of Chain Reaction, Matt Cole said, "Mountain biking is at the core of everything we do at Chain Reaction and we’re hugely proud to sponsor our local trails in Davagh, Castlewellan and Rostrevor – each of which offer an awesome day out for a broad range of riding abilities.

We were stoked to head out with our newly branded waymarkers and update the many routes at each location. Of course, being able to ride trails all day was a bonus too!"
