East Coast Adventure have launched their Mountain Bike Youth Clubs and Training Courses. This month East Coast Adventure has launched 6 new mountain bike training programmes to cater for children and adults with an interest in Mountain Biking and bike fitness.

Director Jennifer Cumming says, "There has been significant interest in the wonderful new trails opened in Northern Ireland but we know from many that they are daunted about trying out trail -biking for the first time, or are worried about their children picking up injuries if they have no proper training. We've designed a range of new programmes to address those concerns and open up this fantastic biking resource to everyone".

East Coast Adventure is the official bike hire & uplift provider for the Rostrevor Trails in conjunction with Newry & Mourne District Council. Sunday Youth Clubs for kids aged 6 years and upwards are beginning on Sunday 6th October. The Red Bull Fox Hunt is also taking place over the weekend of 5th - 6th October at the Rostrevor Trails and will bring bikers and spectators from across Europe. The courses launched will teach bike maintenance, trail map reading and other aspects of mountain biking essential for everyone to enjoy the trails safely.
